The Subject Of The Order Is The Renewal Of The Subscriptions Held By The Ordering Party For A Period Of 12 Months: 1) Microsoft 365 Enterprise E3 Unified Per User - 120 User Subscriptions, 2) Microsoft Entra Id Premium P2 Per User - 120 User Subscriptions, For An Existing Purchase Account Under The Microsoft Products And Services Agreement (Mpsa) Program Or Delivery Of Equivalent Software Subscriptions For A Period Of 12 Months, Meeting All The Quality And Functional Requirements Indicated In The Description The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And The Conditions Of Admissibility Specified In Section Iv Of The Opz. 2. The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And The Draft Agreement Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
