The Subject Of The Public Procurement Entitled Delivery And Installation Of Archiving Shelves As Part Of The Equipment For The Implementation Of The Investment Project Titled: Construction Of An Archive For The Needs Of The District Office In Włocławek With A Garage Part Involves The Purchase And Delivery Of Brand New Shelves Along With Other Equipment And Assembly In The Rooms Of The New Archive Building At The Following Address: District Office In Włocławek, Ul. Cyganka 28, 87-800 Włocławek. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery, Assembly, Adjustment And Preparation For Use Of Mechanically Driven Sliding Shelves And Stationary Shelves Intended For Storing Documentation, Files, Books And Other Materials. The Offered System Must Be Complete, Functional, Safe To Use And Adapted To The Conditions Of The Room In Which It Will Be Installed. The System Must Ensure Maximum Use Of The Available Space And Height Of The Room, While Maintaining The Required Usable Capacity, Structural Stability And User Safety. All System Elements Must Be Brand New, Free From Defects, Manufactured Made Of Materials Of Appropriate Quality And Protected Against Corrosion To The Extent Appropriate To The Operating Conditions. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Correct Selection Of System Components, Their Mutual Compatibility, Assembly, Adjustment And Checking The Correct Operation After Installation. All Delivered Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Order - If Required By Law - Must Have Appropriate, Current And Required Certificates, Quality Certificates, Attestations, Declarations Of Conformity Or Markings Informing About Admission To Sale And Meet All The Requirements Of The Standards Specified By Applicable Law. Together With The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Documents Regarding A Given Element, Primarily Technical Documentation, Warranty Cards, Operation And Maintenance Manuals. The Ordering Party Has Made Every Effort To Ensure That The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include Any Trademark, Patent Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor. If A Trademark, Patent Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process Is Indicated In The Procurement Documents, It Is For Information Purposes Only.
