Date Added: October 29, 2026 Deadline: 19/11/2026 Category: Engineering Services The Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN), through the Federal Ministry of Environment (FMEnv.) has received a credit from the European Investment Bank (EIB) towards the cost of Nigeria Climate Adaptation Erosion and Watershed Project EIB (NEWMAP-EIB). Ogun State is a beneficiary of the Credit and now intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments under the contract for Consultancy Services for Design Study of Gully Erosion Priority Sites in Ogun State. Accordingly, the Ogun State SPIU invites qualified, experienced and reputable consulting firms, consulting organizations, consortia and/or joint ventures to express their Interest in providing the consultancy services described under the Lots below; SCOPE OF SERVICES DESCRIPTION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES Engineering Consultant for Design Study of priority Sites: 1. Olorunsogo Gully Erosion, I/Ode, 2. Makalewo Gully Erosion, I/Ode 3. Ojumele Isote Golly Erosion, Sagamu 4. Isakale Gully Erosion, Ijako, Ota, 5. Ilodo Gully Erosion, Ilaro 6. Igbore-Robiyan Comm. High Sch. Gully Erosion, Ifo LGA 2. Interested consulting firms must demonstrate relevant institutional experience, technical capacity and availability of qualified multidisciplinary personnel. The following criteria shall apply, as relevant to the firm expresses interest. At least five (5) years relevant general experience in environmental, water resources, catchment, watershed, erosion-control, climate-resilience or related consulting services. Specific and successful experience in catchment/watershed management planning and integrated water resources management. Successful experience in erosion and flood-risk assessment and hydrological assessment/modelling. Successful experience in GIS/remote sensing and spatial watershed analysis. Successful experience in environmental and social assessment, participatory community planning and climate-risk assessment. Experience in investment planning and development partner-financed projects. Experience in the World Bank, EIB, IsDB, AfDB or comparable development-partner projects shall be advantageous. 3. SHORTLISTING / MINIMUM QUALIFICATION CRITERIA Interested consultants/firms are to submit an Expression of Interest containing below Mandatory requirement: Evidence of Companys registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) or equivalent in the country of incorporation. Evidence of the companys current Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2023, 2024 and 2025) Companys audited account for the last three years (2023, 2024 and 2025) duly stamped. Evidence of Registration with State Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) 2026 or equivalent at national level or in the country of incorporation. Well detailed company profile with managerial and technical structure, office address and functional contact details including staff list with functions and years of experience and years with firm. For joint ventures, a draft memorandum of understanding must be attached. Evidence of experience as required for the qualification criteria for the assignment under consideration inclusive of Client contact details The attention of interested consultants(s) is drawn to section I sub-section 1.5 of Guide to procurement for projects financed by EIB September 2024, setting forth the banks policy on conflict of interest. Following the shortlisting of qualified consultants based on the information submitted in response to this REOI, the shortlisted consultants will be invited to submit a technical and financial proposal in the next stage and subsequently evaluated and the successful consultant selected in accordance with the Consultant Qualification Selection (CQS) method set out in the applicable procurement regulations.
