Tenders are invited for Supplying, Installation, Testing, Commissioning & Maintenance of Package Type Air Conditioning System for Head Office - Mahara Pradeshiya Sanwardhana Bank. Bid Security (LKR): 150,000/- Document Charge (Non-Refundable): 5,000/- 2. The Senior Manager (Procurement), Pradeshiya Sanwardhana Bank, No. 933, Kandy Road, Wedamulla, Kelaniya now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for following procurements as described below. Supplying, Delivering, Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance of Air Conditioning Systems for 15 Branches (HBO/PROC/RDB/2026/213) (The bidder shall furnish documentary evidence for all these). a) Manufacturers/Agents/Companies who have previous experience of at least Five (5) years in Supplying, Delivering & Maintenance of Air Conditioners in Sri Lanka. b) Bidder shall have supplied at least 300 units of the Air Conditioners offered brand in Sri Lanka within the last three (03) years (2023-2025). c) The Air Conditioners supplied for this contract must not be locally assembled. d) Bidders Average annual turnover should not be less than Rs. 300Million (Three Hundred million) during last 03 years (2023/2024/2025). e) Availability of islandwide support & Service Centers (At least 12 Districts). Supplying, Installation, Testing, Commissioning & Maintenance of Package Type Air Conditioning System for Head Office - Mahara (HBO/PROC/RDB/2026/215) (The bidder shall furnish documentary evidence for all these). a) The Bidder must have a registered business in Sri Lanka and carrying out Business in Local market over period of five (05) years. b) The Bidder should have previous experience (for quoted brand) of at least last five (5) years in supplying, installation, maintenance and commissioning of Air Conditioners in Sri Lanka. (2021-2025) c) The bidder shall have completed at least 3 similar projects (project value of LKR 6.5 Million or above) in offered brand in Sri Lanka during last five years. (2021-2025) 3. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Senior Manager (Procurement), Pradeshiya Sanwardhana Bank, Commercial & Administrative Building, Mahara Junction, Kadawatha on working days from 30th October 2026 until 16th November 2026 from 09.00hrs to 15.00hrs upon payment of the above-mentioned, non-refundable fee for each bid. 4. Bids shall be addressed to the Senior Manager (Procurement), Pradeshiya Sanwardhana Bank, Commercial & Administrative Building, Mahara Junction, Kadawatha should be sent through the registered post or deposited in the tender box kept at the above address and receive on or before 2.00 p.m. on 17th November 2026. You shall indicate Name of the Procurement and Number of the Procurement on the top left side of the envelope. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend. 5. The Bid shall be valid up to 91 days from the date of bid opening. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of the above-mentioned amount, which shall be valid for a period of 119 days from the date closing of bids (17th November 2026 to 15th March 2027).
