Tenders are invited for Framework Agreement for Survey Administration and Implementation Services The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) is launching this Call for Tenders to establish a multi-supplier Framework Agreement for Survey Administration and Implementation Services to support the Organisations statistical, analytical, policy, evaluation and communication activities. Through this Framework Agreement, the Organisation intends to create a roster of qualified service providers capable of delivering a broad range of secure survey-related operational services on an asneeded basis during the term of the Framework Agreement. The primary focus of this Call for Tenders is the implementation of general population surveys involving individual respondents. These surveys are typically designed to support international comparison, benchmarking and policy analysis across OECD member countries and partner economies. Depending on operational needs, contractors admitted to the pool may also be invited to participate in specific assignments targeting other respondent groups, such as employers and/or employees, public officials, experts, academics or civil society representatives.
