Or 11 November 2026 At 2 P.M. Both Sessions Are Identical.This Is An Opportunity To Learn About The Application Process, Meet The Team Involved In The Procurement And Ask Any Questions You May Have About Working With Islington Council For Further Information Please Register Your Interest. This Event Is Not Suitable For Home Care Or Staff Agencies.About The Framework:The Provision Of Nightly Purchased Accommodation That Can Match The Demands Of The Housing Needs Service And Promote The Provision Of High-Quality Accommodation For The Residents Of Islington. The Council Has A Statutory Duty Towards Under The Homelessness Legislation As Laid Down In The 1985 And 1996 Housing Acts And The 2017 Homelessness Reduction Act. The Ready Supply Of Accommodation Will Also Allow The Council To Fulfil Its Duties Under The Care Act And Children’S Act, And Offering Temporary Accommodation To Clients Who Have No Recourse To Public Funds (Nrpf).We Welcome Expressions Of Interest From Providers Who Share Our Commitment To Delivering Safe, High-Quality Accommodation And Positive Outcomes For Residents Experiencing Homelessness. This Framework Offers An Opportunity To Work In Partnership With The Council To Make A Meaningful Difference In The Lives Of Some Of Islington'S Most Vulnerable Residents. We Are Keen To Work With A Diverse Range Of Providers, Including Existing And New Partners, Who Can Offer Flexible, Responsive And High-Quality Accommodation Solutions. Through This Framework, Providers Will Play A Key Role In Supporting The Council To Meet Its Statutory Obligations, Reduce Rough Sleeping, Promote Independence And Wellbeing, And Ensure That Residents Can Access Accommodation That Is Safe, Suitable And Connected To Their Local Communities.Providers Will Be Responsible For Delivering The Supply Of Properties That Are Local To Islington. For This Contract Opportunity, The Council Defines A Local Property As A Property That Is: •In The Borough Of Islington; •Located In A Neighbouring Borough I.E.
