A Lease Agreement And Service Agreement Must Be Entered Into With One And The Same Supplier. It Is A Prerequisite For The Contract That The Selected Supplier Procures, Owns And Makes Available The Necessary Premises On Askøy For The Performance Of The Service. The Supplier Must Assume Total Responsibility For Delivering (Designing, Projecting, Building And Renting Out), As Well As Managing, Operating And Maintaining The Nursing Home.
