headset For Operation Centers . Description The Agreement Shall Cover The Customers Needs For Customized Headsets For Use At Operation Centres. It Must Be Possible To Deliver Both Wireless And Wire-Based Headsets, Compatible Cables And Plugs, As Well As Spare Parts And Accessories For The Headsets. The Agreement Must Also Cover Support, Repairs And Maintenance, As Well As Warranty. The Framework Agreement Does Not Cover Headsets Used For Mobile Phones And Pcs. The Framework Agreement Also Does Not Cover Headsets For Switchboards, System Devices Or Ip Devices.
