This Request For Supplier Qualifications (“Rfsq”) Is An Invitation By The Board Of Education Of School District No. 36 - Surrey (“Sd36”) To Prospective Respondents To Qualify For Eligibility To Provide Cafeteria And Catering Services At Surrey School District Education Centre (Dec) & Resource And Education Centre (Rec) Further Described In Section A Of The Rfsq Particulars (Appendix A) (The “Deliverables”).Sd36 Is Seeking A Qualified, Innovative, And Experienced Food Services Provider To Deliver Comprehensive Cafeteria And Catering Services At The District Education Centre Campus, Located At 14033 - 92 Avenue, Surrey, British Columbia, V3v 1J5 Through A Two-Stage Competitive Process:Prequal Stage: Rfsq 2027-04-Jc – Cafeteria And Catering Services At Dec & Recin This Stage, Respondents Will Be Invited To Submit Information Outlining Their Qualifications, Experience, And Capabilities. After Evaluation, The Shortlisted Respondents Will Be Invited To Participate In Demonstration & Presentation Stage.Demonstration & Presentation Stage: Invitational Rfp 2027-04-Jc - Cafeteria And Catering Services (Demonstration & Presentation)Up To Three (3) Of The Highest-Ranked Respondents From Prequal Stage Will Be Invited To Participate In The Demonstration And Presentation Stage, Where The Respondents Will Be Required To Provide Food Demonstration And Presentation Relevant To Their Proposed Services And Solutions Will Be Further Evaluated.The Surrey School District Operates And Maintains Over 140 Facilities Including District Offices, Elementary Schools, Secondary Schools, Learning Centres Alternate Schools, Adult Education Centres, Distributed (Online) Learning Programs And A Variety Of Satellite And Inter-Agency Programs Serving A Wide Range Of Specific Student Needs.
