The Object Of The Public Procurement Is To Ensure The Safety Of The Inhabitants Of The City Of Tallinn, Shelters That Can Be Moved Into The Urban Area, Which Protect People From Fragments And Shock Waves Caused By An Explosion. Shelters Are Ordered If There Is A Corresponding Risk Assessment. Possible Locations Are Identified By The Customer, Who Also Obtains The Relevant Permits And Approvals. The Public Shelter Must Be Weatherproof, Equipped With The Necessary Equipment And Fixtures And Withstand A Shock Wave Of At Least 100 Kn/M2.
