A List Of The Planned Design And Construction Works And A Table Of Indicative Work Volumes Must Be Prepared With The Preliminary Project, Which, Together With The Preliminary Project And Technical Requirements, Gives Bidders A Uniform Basis For Preparing Bids And Allows The Contracting Authority To Compare The Submitted Bids On The Same Basis.
