The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Execution Of The Works Called Construction Of Piping And Replacement Of Sidewalks, Between Tegualda And Renacer Streets, Hualpín, Commune Of Teodoro Schmidt, Aimed At Improving The Conditions Of Rainwater Evacuation, Pedestrian Safety, Accessibility And Recovery Of Public Space In The Intervened Sector.In The Town Of Hualpín, Rainwater Evacuation Is Carried Out Mainly Through Piping Systems; However, There Are Sectors In Which Said Evacuation Is Still Carried Out Through Open Channels, Generating Conditions That May Affect The Safety Of People Passing Through The Sector. Likewise, At Certain Points, These Channels Have Slope Conditions And Dimensions That Do Not Allow Adequate Conduction Of Rainwater, A Situation That Can Favor The Accumulation Of Water And The Occurrence Of Flooding During Periods Of Intense Rainfall.The Main Objective Of The Contract Is To Improve And Optimize The Rainwater Evacuation System By Piping The Existing Channel, Allowing Safer And More Efficient Water Conduction, Reducing The Risks Associated With The Existence Of Open Channels And Contributing To The Improvement Of The Safety And Habitability Conditions Of The Sector. To Meet This Objective, The Project Contemplates The Execution Of A Piping System Approximately 295 Meters Long, Through The Installation Of 600 Mm Diameter Concrete Pipes, Including The Complementary Works Necessary To Ensure Its Correct Execution And Operation.Likewise, The Initiative Contemplates The Replacement Of Approximately 〖280 M〗^2 Of Sidewalks, Which Will Be Executed In Brushed And Stamped Concrete, With The Purpose Of Recovering And Improving The Conditions Of Pedestrian Circulation, Safety And Accessibility Of The Inhabitants And Users Of The Sector.As Part Of The Comprehensive Improvement Of Public Space, The Project Also Considers The Provision Of Three Rest Stations, Each Equipped With A Bench, A Garbage Can And The Planting Of A Bush, Generating Spaces For Permanence And Rest For The Community. Finally, The Implementation And Recovery Of Green Areas Is Contemplated, Including The Incorporation Of Grass And Five Sectors Intended For The Planting Of Different Plant Species, Contributing To The Landscape, Environmental And Urban Improvement Of The Intervened Area.
