Bids Are Invited For Managed Printing Services

The Los Libertadores Local Public Education Service, In Its Capacity As Supporter, Requires Contracting A Comprehensive Printer Rental Service For Its Administrative Offices (Program P01) And Its 49 Dependent Educational Establishments (Program P02), For A Period Of 36 Months. The Service Considers A Base Park Of 143 Multifunctional Printers And Will Operate Under A Pure Pay Per Use (Ppu) Or Cost Per Click (Cpc) Modality, In Accordance With The Specifications Established In The Technical Bases. Under This Model There Will Be No Fixed Monthly Charges For Rental, Equipment Availability, Maintenance, Support, Licensing Or Other Associated Concepts, And The Local Service Must Pay Exclusively For The Pages Actually Printed.
