The Punilla Cordillera Local Public Education Service Requires Contracting A Document Management System And Electronic Records, Under The Saas Software As A Service Platform Modality, Which Allows The Digitization, Processing, Storage, Safeguarding And Traceability Of All The Documents And Administrative Files Of The Service, In Compliance With Law No. 21,180 On Digital Transformation Of The State, Its Regulations And Technical Standards.In This Context, The Provision Of The Service Is Contemplated For A Period Of 24 Months, Between January 1, 2027 And December 31, 2028, The Start Date On Which The System Must Be Fully Implemented And Operational. This Is Without Prejudice To The Fact That The Contractual Relationship Will Be Considered To Have Started From The Signing Of The Contract, Which Will Be Carried Out Within The Deadlines Established In Clause 4 Of These Bases, A Period During Which The Provider Must Carry Out The Implementation And Start-Up Of The System.
