Have A Supply Agreement For School, Office And Other Materials, Which Allows The Requirements Of The Educational Establishments, Daycare Centers And Kindergartens Of The Corporation To Be Met In A Timely, Efficient And Continuous Manner, In Accordance With The Effective Needs That Are Required During The Validity Of The Agreement.The Purpose Of The Agreement Will Be To Have Materials That Meet The Technical Characteristics, Quality Conditions And Other Requirements Established In The Respective Technical Specifications, Seeking To Ensure Their Availability And Timely Delivery, In Accordance With The Requirements Formulated By The Corporation.Likewise, It Seeks To Have A Flexible Acquisition Mechanism That Allows The Requirements Of The Different Establishments To Be Met In Accordance With Their Real Needs And Budgetary Availability, Without The Award Implying, In Itself, The Obligation To Acquire All Of The Goods, Quantities Or Estimated Budget During The Term Of The Agreement.The Acquisitions Made Under This Supply Agreement Will Be Made In Accordance With The Requirements Actually Formulated By The Corporation And In Accordance With The Conditions, Procedures And Other Provisions Established In These Bidding Terms And Their Respective Annexes.
