Operation Of A Power Plant – Competition For The Award Of The Concession Intended For Catching Water From The Public Hydro Domain, On The Zêzere River, For The Production Of Hydroelectric Energy And For The Exploration, Maintenance And Conservation Of The Hydraulic Infrastructures Of The Hydroelectric Use Of The Cabril. The Contract To Be Signed Is A Concession Contract For The Private Use Of Water Resources In The Public Domain, Which Aims To Capture Water For The Production Of Hydroelectric Energy And The Operation, Maintenance And Conservation Of The Hydraulic Infrastructures Of The Cabril Hydroelectric Plant, In Accordance With Paragraph D) Of Article 61 Of The Water Law And Article 24 Of The Rurh. The Concessionaire Is Obliged, In Particular, To Maintain The Minimum Installed Power Set Out In The Terms Of Reference, To Comply With The Operating Standards And Operating Conditions Set Out In The Terms Of Reference And To Ensure The Operation And Safety Control Of The Dam Through An Entity With Experience In The Operation Of Class I Dams.
