This Service Contract Is Legally Considered Complementary To The Work Contract Referred To In Its Title, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article 29.7 Of The Lcsp. The Need For This Service Contract Is Caused By The Existence Of The Work Contract To Which It Refers, The Service Contract Having A Relationship Of Dependency With Respect To The Work Contract And Whose Purpose Is Considered Necessary For The Adequate Performance Of The Service Included In The Work Contract. The Service That Is The Object Of This Accessory Contract To The Main Work Contract Covers The Work Defined In Detail In The Technical Specifications Document, Which Includes The Necessary Work Related To The Settlement Of The Work Contract In The Terms Expressed In Said Document. To Fulfill The Intended Objectives With The Works And Activities Included In The Provision That Is The Object Of This Service Contract Directly Linked To The Work Contract, The Tasks, Among Others Provided, Of Quantitative Control (Measurements, Detailed Topography) And Qualitative (Checking And Verification Of Equipment For Approval By The Project Management, Continuous Monitoring Of Execution On Site), As Well As Support And Technical Assistance, If Applicable, In The Process Of Preparing Supporting Technical Documents That Are Necessary Within The Regulatory Framework, Will Be Carried Out.
