The Subject Of The Order Is The Order Entitled: Performing The Function Of A Technical Advisor On The Implementation Of Project No. Feld.01.04-Ip.02-0004/25 Entitled Development Of Public E-Services In The Field Of Spatial Information Infrastructure Provided By Tomaszów County - Stage Ii, Is Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund Under The Regional Program European Funds For Łódź 2021-2027, Action Feld.01.04 Digitization. 4.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Contractors Function As A Technical Advisor Under The Project Entitled: Development Of Public E-Services In The Field Of Spatial Information Infrastructure Provided By The Tomaszów County - Stage Ii, Under Which The Contractor Is Obliged To: As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged, Among Others, To: 1) Prepare A Technical Schedule And Cost Estimate, Taking Into Account The Subject Of The Contract Implemented By The Contractor And The Tasks Specified In The Project, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Project Co-Financing Application, Its Financial And Material Schedule And The Co-Financing Agreement. 2) Preparation Of The Terms Of Reference (Swz) And Detailed Technical Conditions For The Tasks Included In The Project. 3) Supervision And Control Of The Progress Of Tasks Carried Out Under The Project By The Execution Units, As To Compliance With The Technical Schedule, Terms Of Reference, Technical Designs And Detailed Technical Conditions, Applicable Legal Provisions And Standards, Arrangements And Guidelines Made During The Performance Of The Works. 4) Carrying Out A Final Inspection Of The Work Under The Project By The Execution Units In The Scope Of The Implementation Of The Egib Database, E-Services Along With Other Functionalities Of The System, As A Result Of Which An Inspection Report Will Be Prepared With A Recommendation For Acceptance Of The Product, 5) Checking The Correctness Of The Analyzes Carried Out On The Suitability Of Pzgik Data (Collected In Analog And Digital Form), 6) Checking The Quality Of The Prepared Egib Database, In Particular Their Compliance With Standards And Legal Regulations In The Field Of Geodesy And Cartography, 7) Control Of The Technical And Functional Parameters Purchased As Part Of The E-Services Project Along With Other System Functionalities, 8) Supervision Of The Structures And Substantive Correctness Of The Provisions Of The License Provisions Relating To The Database Layer, As Well As The Layer Of Electronic Services Used In The Project Implementation Process, 9) Control Of The Correctness Of The Database Structure In Syntactic And Semantic Terms (In Relation To Conceptual Models Described And Regulated By Law), 10) Control Correct Functioning Of The Expanded Geoportal, Where E-Services Planned Under The Project Will Be Made Available, 11) Preparation Of Control Documentation - Inspection Protocol With Recommendation For The Acceptance Of The Product, 12) Participation In The Acceptance Of Products, 13) Preparation Of The Project Partial Acceptance Protocol
