The Assignment Includes: • The Supply Of Ict Hardware, Including At Least Chromebooks, Windows Laptops, Desktops, Monitors And Ipads; • Supplying Associated Accessories And Peripheral Equipment; • Providing Purchasing Advice And Replacement Advice; • Providing Service, Warranty And Rma Handling; • Providing A User-Friendly Webshop Environment Including Authorization Flow And Oci Connection; • Providing Management Information And Reports; • Relieving Zinder Of Any Worries During The Entire Contract Period In The Field Of Ict Hardware And The Associated Services. Optional Within The Assignment Is: • The Ready-To-Use Delivery Of Ict Hardware At The Request Of Zinder. The Assignment Does Not Include: • Touchscreens And Digital Boards; • Network Equipment, Including Switches, Firewalls And Wifi Solutions. The Total Order Value For The Maximum Term Of The Agreement Is Estimated At € 1,900,000 Excluding Vat. This Estimate Is Based On Historical Purchase Data, The Expected Replacement Need During The Contract Period, The Development Of The Ict Environment Within Zinder And Current Market Conditions. The Stated Order Value Is Expressly An Estimate. No Rights Can Be Derived From This Estimate By Tenderers Or Contractors In Any Way.
