Household-Refuse Disposal Services – Collection Of Municipal Waste From Residential Properties In The Sułkowice Municipality. The Subject Of This Order Is The Provision Of Municipal Waste Collection Services Generated On Residential Properties, Summer Houses And Other Properties Used For Recreational Purposes In The Sułkowice Commune. The Scope Of Work Includes: 1. Collection Of Municipal Waste Directly From Residential Properties, Summer Houses And Other Properties Used For Recreational And Leisure Purposes, Including: A) Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste, B) Separately Collected Waste, I.E.:  Paper,  Glass,  Metals And Plastics (Including Multi-Material Packaging),  Bio-Waste (Incl. If You Do Not Declare Having A Composter),  Ash And Slag (If You Have Solid Fuel Heat Sources); C) Bulky Waste And Waste Electrical And Electronic Equipment (After Prior Notification). D) Textile And Clothing Waste, 2. Acceptance At The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok) Of Municipal Waste Delivered On Their Own By Owners Of Residential Properties, Summer Houses And Other Properties Used For Recreational And Leisure Purposes From The Sułkowice Commune. Waste Acceptance Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Resolution Of The City Council In Sułkowice On The Regulations For Maintaining Order And Cleanliness In The Sułkowice Commune And Includes The Following Fractions: A) Paper, B) Metals And Plastics, C) Glass, D) Hazardous Waste, E) Waste That Does Not Qualify As Medical Waste Generated In The Household As A Result Of Receiving Medicinal Products In The Form Of Injections And Monitoring The Level Of Substances In The Blood, In Particular Needles And Syringes, F) Used Batteries And Accumulators, G) Used Electrical And Electronic Equipment, H) Furniture And Other Bulky Waste, I) Used Tires, J) Construction And Demolition Waste, K) Textile And Clothing Waste, L) Bio-Waste, M) Ash And Slag. 3. The Limit On The Amount Of Municipal Waste Is 4,800 Mg. 4. Transfer Of Waste Collected From Residential Properties, Summer Houses And Other Properties Used For Recreational And Leisure Purposes And Municipal Waste Delivered Directly By The Owners Of The Above-Mentioned. Real Estate To The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, An Entity Selected In A Tender For The Management Of Municipal Waste Including Transport From The Sułkowice Commune. The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste Generated In Connection With Business Activities (Including Agricultural Activities). 5. The Subject Of The Contract Is Described In Detail In The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract (Opz), Which Constitutes An Annex To This Specification Of Terms Of Contract; 6. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing The Activities Indicated Below During The Execution Of The Order: Driving A Vehicle
