The Platform Is A Tool For The Exclusive Use Of The Eyd And Serves The Needs Of Evaluation, Monitoring And Strategic Planning Of The State Aid Actions That Have Been Implemented In The Context Of Three Consecutive Programming Periods: Epan Ii (2007-2013), Epanek (2014-2020) And Competitiveness (2021-2027), With A Total Public Expenditure Of Over 13 Billion Euros And Over 37,000 Integrated Projects. The Implementation Of The Functional Units Which Are Included In The Physical Object Of The Contract Are Organized In Three Levels Of Priority. The Advanced Level Includes Functions Of Open Data And Public Transparency, Satisfaction Surveys Of Beneficiary Companies, A Knowledge Bank For The Planning Of The Program Period 2028-2034, As Well As The Use Of Artificial Intelligence Tools For The Production Of Reports In Natural Language, Under Human Supervision And Approval.
