Engineering Design Services – Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Task Entitled: Construction Of The Bypass Of The City Of Trzcianka Along The Provincial Road No. 178 Wałcz – Trzcianka – Czarnków. 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Development Of Complete, Multi-Discipline Design Documentation For The Task Titled: Construction Of The Bypass Of The City Of Trzcianka Along With The Preparation Of All Required Studies, Tests And Materials And Obtaining, On Behalf And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party, All Administrative Decisions, Arrangements, Opinions, Conditions, Permits And Other Documents Required By Law, Including The Decision On The Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Zrid), Necessary For The Lawful Commencement And Implementation Of Construction Works, In Accordance With Detailed Technical Guidelines For The Development Of The Design Documentation In Question. The Implementation Of The Listed Projects Should Be Certified As Completed: Correctly, In A Professional And Reliable Manner, In Accordance With The Contract And Applicable Technical And Construction Regulations. 2) The Ordering Party Requires A Warranty Of At Least 7 Years For The Completed Subject Of The Order. 3) Detailed Technical Guidelines For The Development Of Design Documentation For The Task Are Attached As Annex No. 11 To The Swz. 4) Other Design Materials Are Available At The Link In Annex 12 To The Swz.
