The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Residential Properties And Summer Houses Or Other Properties Used For Recreational Purposes In The Węgierska Górka Commune In 2027. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order Referred To Above, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Collect And Manage Municipal Waste From: 1) Owners Of Residential Properties 2) Cottages Summer Resorts Or Other Properties Used For Recreational Purposes 3) From Street Bins 4) From Public Places, Including Event Venues 5) Owners Of Properties Where No Residents Live And Waste Is Generated And Hotel Services Are Provided. 2. The Amount Of Municipal Waste Generated That Will Need To Be Collected And Managed Is Estimated At Approximately: 4,300 Mg. 3. The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste Should Be Carried Out In A Way That Ensures Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery By Other Methods, And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996. On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733, As Amended), And The Regulations On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Area Of The Węgierska Górka Commune Adopted By Resolution No. Mixed Municipal Waste, Bio-Waste And Sorting Residues Intended For Storage, In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations. 4. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 10 To The Specification Of The Terms Of Order - Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order, And The Requirements For The Implementation Of The Order Are Specified In Annex No. 9 To The Specification Of The Terms Of Order - Draft Contract. 5. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Or Subcontractor Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing Basic Technical Activities During The Execution Of The Order, Such As Waste Collection, Qualified As Manual Workers.
