The Need To Purchase These Types Of Services And Products Through A Framework Agreement Is Determined By Not Knowing The Exact Quantities At The Time Of Starting The Purchase Procedure, As Well As By The Impossibility Of Estimating The Frequency Of The Need For These Services/Licenses. Estimated Minimum Quantities For The Duration Of The Framework Agreement = 5,427 Um And Maximum Quantities Estimated For The Duration Of The Framework Agreement = 6,287 Um. The Subsequent Contracts Will Be Awarded According To The Needs That Have Arisen Because The Quantity Of New Licenses Required To Be Purchased Is Not Known At This Moment, It Will Be Determined Precisely Following The Audits That Will Take Place During The Years 2027 - 2028. The Minimum Quantities And The Maximum Estimated Quantities Represent Estimates Of Quantities That Could Be Requested During The Entire Framework Agreement And Not The Exact Quantities That Will Be Purchased, The Latter Being Able Be Lower, Equal Or Higher Compared To The Estimated Ones, Depending On The Actual Needs Of The Contracting Entity From The Moment Of Awarding The Subsequent Contracts.
