Dormitory With 116 Single Rooms - Technical Building Equipment And Property Planning Building. The Client Intends To Build An Architecturally Attractive Heating Center To Supply Heat To Several Buildings On One Property. The Heating Center Is Located In The Immediate Vicinity Of A Spa Park And Within A Residential Area. The Heating Center Is To Be Operated With Large Heat Pumps. Outside Air Is Used As The Heat Source. In Addition, Additional Electrical Heaters Based On The Power-To-Heat Principle (Pth) Must Be Provided. The Heat Generated Is Transported To The Connected Buildings Via A Local Heating Network. The Project Will Be Implemented In Two Construction Phases: - 1St Construction Phase (Ba 1): New Construction Of The Heating Center With A Total Thermal Output Of 300 Kw And Production Of The Associated Heat Supply. - 2Nd Construction Phase (Ba 2): Expansion Of Heat Generation To A Total Thermal Output Of 1,000 Kw In The Final Expansion And Connection Of Further Existing Buildings. The Planning Of Both Construction Phases Must Be Designed From The Start For The Later Final Expansion. In Particular, The Structural, Technical, Hydraulic, Electrical And Control Interfaces Must Be Taken Into Account. The Planning Must Enable Economical Operation In Partial And Final Expansion.
