The Object Of The Framework Agreement Is To Appoint An Agency For, On The One Hand, The Creation Of A New Odisee Exhibition Stand And, On The Other Hand, The Construction, Dismantling, Storage And Transport Of The Odisee Exhibition Stand At Various Locations In Belgium. Providing Knowledge And Trends To Adapt The Exhibition Stand To The Location, Always Taking The Odisee Corporate Identity Into Account, Is Also Part Of The Assignment. The Framework Agreement Includes: 1. One-Off Creation (Design And Implementation) Of A Modern, Time-Resistant Exhibition Stand For The Odisee Co-University College. 2. The Annual Design Of The Stand Based On The Permitted Surface Area (Different Exhibition Locations Per Year With Variable Surface Area); 3. Setting Up And Dismantling The Exhibition Stand With The Help Of 2 Odisee Staff Members (Per Exhibition Location). Including Transport From Storage Location To Exhibition Locations; 4. The Storage Of The Exhibition Stand; 5. Annual Adjustments To Each Part Of The Stand: Reprinting Of Panels Instead Of Name Changes, As Well As (Technical) Support And Service In The Event Of Defects Or (Technical) Problems; 6. Develop And Produce Necessary Repairs, Painting, Retouching Of Damaged Or Defective Parts Or Additional Ad Hoc Needs And Innovations.
