The Services Are Carried Out On Several Floors Including The Basement And Include In Particular: - Extensive Demolition, Dismantling And Clearing Work On Floor Structures, Screeds, Plasters And Coatings, Masonry Walls, Ceilings And Other Existing Components As Well As In Some Areas Of Technical Systems; - Creation And Modification Of Wall, Door And Other Openings In Existing Buildings, Including Sawing, Cutting And Demolition Work; - Masonry Work To Create, Supplement And Close Walls And Openings As Well As Connection Work To The Existing Structure; - Reinforced Concrete And Concrete Work, Including Necessary Formwork And Reinforcement Work As Well As Structural Additions And Repairs; - Screed And Floor Work As Well As Preparatory Work On Existing Floor Areas; - To A Small Extent, Dismantling Of Building Materials Contaminated With Or Suspected Of Being Polluted, Including Necessary Protective Measures As Well As Sampling And Declaration Analyses; - Sorting, Separate Collection, Provision, Transport And Professional Disposal Of Construction And Demolition Waste Resulting From Dismantling Work; - Basement Ceiling Insulation Including Substrate Preparation And Additional Plaster Repair Work; - Necessary Scaffolding, Securing, Protection And Ancillary Work To Carry Out The Aforementioned Services.
