The Tender Concerns Pre-Pipe And Socket Assembly For Aalborg Forsyning. As The Need For Pre-Pipe And Socket Assembly Will Vary In Both Time And Quantity, The Agreement Is Offered As A Framework Agreement, Which Forms The Basis For Individual Tasks To Be Requisitioned By The Ordering Party During The Term Of The Framework Agreement. The Tender Includes The Supply Of Pre-Insulated Pipes (Pre-Pipes) And Associated Components For Aalborg Forsynings District Heating And District Cooling Network As Well As Assembly Of Welded Socket Joints. The Deliveries And Assembly Work Must Be Able To Be Used For The Expansion Of The Networks And For Repair, Ongoing Maintenance And Planned Renovation Of Existing Facilities. The Framework Agreement Must Therefore Cover Both Planned Tasks And Needs That Arise In Connection With Repair And Maintenance During The Framework Agreement Period. The Tender Is Carried Out As A Public Tender In Accordance With Art. 45. The Framework Agreement Is Entered Into With Aalborg Service A/S As Framework Agreement Holder. Contract Management And Administration Of The Framework Agreement Is Handled By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Wants One Supplier On The Framework Agreement. The Supplier Will Be The Sole Supplier Of The Tendered Deliveries In Relation To The Ordering Partys Current Needs. Particular Attention Is Drawn To The Fact That The Framework Agreement Is Not Exclusive. With Reference To Article 65 Of The Utilities Directive, The Ordering Party Has Chosen Not To Divide The Tender Into Separate Partial Agreements, As The Need For Short Delivery Times For Pipes And Components As Well As Assembly Of Welded Socket Joints At Short Notice Is Best Met By A Single Framework Agreement.
