Contractors Acting Jointly: 1. Contractors May Jointly Apply For The Award Of A Contract. Civil Partnerships Are Treated As Contractors Jointly Applying For The Award Of A Contract. 2. In The Event Of A Joint Application For The Award Of A Contract, The Contractors Shall Appoint A Representative To Represent Them In The Contract Award Procedure Or To Represent Them In The Procedure And Conclusion Of A Public Procurement Contract. 3.
