A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order In Terms Of The Required Parameters Is Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 3. Common Procurement Vocabulary Cpv: 33100000-1 – Medical Devices, 33182100-0 – Defibrillators. 4. The Subject Of The Order Includes All Costs Related To The Execution Of The Order, Including Costs Resulting From The Requirements Specified In The Swz, Annex No. 2 To The Swz And Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 5. The Contractors Obligations Will Include: 1) Ensuring, At Its Own Expense And Risk, The Transport Of The Subject Of The Order (Assortment) To The Ordering Partys Headquarters And Unloading And Internal Transport To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party; 2) Delivery Of A Complete, Brand New, Non-Exhibition Assortment, Manufactured In 2026; 3) Collection And Disposal Of Packaging Of The Delivered Products At Your Own Expense; 4) Conducting Training For The Ordering Partys Medical And Technical Staff In The Proper Use Of Defibrillators, Including Providing Information On Optimizing Use In Terms Of Reducing Energy Consumption And Using The Equipment In A Way That Allows For The Longest Possible Use (If The Device Has Functions Or The Ability To Reduce Energy Consumption And Extend Its Service Life); 5) Fulfillment Of All Obligations Arising From Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 6. Delivery Should Be Understood As Delivering The Subject Of The Order To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party (Grochowski Hospital Of Dr. Rafał Masztak Sp. Z O. O., Ul. Grenadierów 51/59, 04-073 Warsaw) Along With Bringing The Assortment To The Ordering Partys Premises (To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Partys Employees).
