Petroleum Products, Fuel, Electricity And Other Sources Of Energy - Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity For Points With Res Installations For The Needs Of The Purchasing Group Of The Pleśna Municipality. The Subject Of This Order Is The Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity For Points With Res Installations For The Needs Of The Purchasing Group Of The Pleśna Municipality For The Facilities Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997. Energy Law, Civil Code And Implementing Regulations Issued On Their Basis. The Pleśna Commune And The Members Of The Purchasing Group As Well As Their Units Listed In Annex 1 To The Swz Will Conclude Separate Agreements Resulting From This Public Procurement Procedure Under An Open Tender Procedure. Detailed Information On All Collection Points Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And Annex No. 5 To The Swz. The Selected Contractor Will Be Obliged To Notify The Designated Distribution System Operator For The Implementation Of The Comprehensive Electricity Supply Agreements Concluded With The Contractor, Including The Sale And Provision Of Electricity Distribution Services. To Perform The Above-Mentioned Activities, The Contractor Will Receive An Appropriate Power Of Attorney (Appendix No. 5.1 To The Swz). The Ordering Party Acts On Its Own Behalf And On The Basis Of The Signed Agreement (Agreement Available For Inspection At The Ordering Partys Office), On Behalf Of: • Bobowa Commune • Ryglice Commune • Szczurowa Commune • Tuchów Commune • Żabno Commune The Estimated Electricity Demand In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027 Is 1,079,156 Kwh. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Amount Of Electricity Ordered. The Distribution System Operator Is Tauron Dystrybucja S.A.
