The Manual Snow And Ice Cleaning Operation Is Performed During The Day And/Or At Night, Depending On The Need, Based On The Order Sent To The Operator By The Beneficiary. The Manual Cleaning Of The Loose Snow Is Done With Stick Brooms, Metal Or Plastic Shovels With A Width Between 0.4-0.5 Square Meters, Manual Turbo Cutter. It Is Absolutely Forbidden To Store/Storage Snow Mixed With Anti-Slip Material Near Green Areas (Trees On The Alignments, Hedges, Flower Borders, Etc.); C) The Mechanized Fighting Of The Pole (The Mechanized Spreading Of The Anti-Skid) Is Carried Out On The Road Surface According To The Surfaces Provided In Annex No. 3 Of The Specifications. No. 640/2022. D) Loading And Transporting Snow Is Carried Out On The Surfaces Related To Public Roads (Modernized/Asphalted/Paved Streets And Sidewalks Related To Public Roads, Public Parking Lots, Bus Stations) In Mihai Eminescu Commune. The Operation Is Carried Out After The Manual/Mechanized Clearing Of Snow And Ice Is Completed, Based On An Order Sent To The Operator By The Beneficiary. The Unit Of Measure Is 1 Mc.
