The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Heavy Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle For The District Headquarters Of The State Fire Service In Kwidzyn. 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract, Specifying The Exact Scope And Quality Requirements Relating To At Least The Main Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Contract, Is Included In Annex No. 9 To The Swz. 3. During The Transfer Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Train The Ordering Partys Representatives In The Operation Of The Received Equipment. 4. Additional Requirements For The Contractor Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Quality Guarantee: A) For The Car: Period Min. 24 Months Without Mileage Limit, B) For Construction For A Period Of Min. 24 Months, C) For All Car Equipment Covered By The Subject Order: Period Min. 24 Months. The Warranty Period For The Above-Mentioned Elements Is The Criterion For Evaluating The Offers. 2) The Deadline For Starting Work Related To The Removal Of Defects Or Faults Cannot Be Longer Than 7 Business Days, Counting From The Date Of Receipt Of The Defect Report From The Ordering Party, 3) The Deadline For Removing Defects Or Faults Cannot Be Longer Than 21 Business Days, Counting From The Date Of Starting Work Related To Removing The Faults Or Faults, 4) For The Purposes Of The Planned Training Referred To In Point 3, The Contractor Will Provide Accommodation For 1 Day And Meals For Max. 5 Representatives Of The Ordering Party Who Will Come To Collect The Car And Undergo Training, 5) The Contractor Will Provide A Supply Of Fuel And Adblue In The Amount Necessary To Deliver The Car From The Contractors Headquarters To The Ordering Partys Headquarters. 5. If The Descriptions Include The Names Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, This Should Be Treated Only As An Aid In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Allows To Offer An Equivalent Element Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Offered Element Of The Subject Of The Order Must Meet At Least: Technical And Operational Parameters Specified In The Order Documents. 6. Respecting The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Law Regarding The Rules For Describing The Subject Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Declares That In The Event Of Reference In The Procurement Documents To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2) And Section 3 Pzp, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. In Such A Situation, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Prove In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Pzp, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 7. A Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Supplies, Services Or Construction Works Offered By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.
