The Subject Of This Procedure Are Services Consisting In 24-Hour Removal Of The Effects Of Road Accidents And Incidents Occurring In The City Of Łódź. The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: Ongoing Road Maintenance, Consisting In Removing The Effects Of Road Accidents And Incidents Due To The Improvement Of Traffic Safety, Reducing The Possibility Of Collisions Or Skidding Of Vehicles On A Locally Closed Road Or Pedestrian Route. 16.8. Pursuant To Art. 257 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Invalidation Of The Proceedings In Question If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Granted To It.
