Tenders are invited for Procurement of Cleaning Services on Contract Basis for State Home for Elders, Kaithady, Jaffna 2026/2027 1. The Chairman of the Department Procurement Committee on behalf of the Department of the Social Services, Northern Provincial Council invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders providing Cleaning Service for State Home for Elders, Kaithady, Jaffna. 2. Bidders should have Business Registration on Cleaning Service as individual or institution and their Head Office or branch office in NP or sole representative should be appointed specially for Northern Province. 3. Bidder should have at least 01-year of experience in Cleaning Service provided to the recognized institution. 4. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English Language may be purchased by interested eligible bidders from the Dept., of Social Services, N.P.C (T.P.: 021 223 1724 E-Mail [email protected]) and inspect the bidding documents at the same place on any working day from 9.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs. 5. Bidding documents will be issued from 28.10.2026 till 10.11.2026 during 09.00 hours to 15.00 hours on working days, upon payment of non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,500/=, submission of certified copy of Business Registration, request made on their letterhead and Application for Bid Documents available in this Department. The mode of payment will be by cash. 6. Cleaning Service 2026/2027, Elders Home Kaithady, Jaffna Reference No. NP/24/2/F8/Cle.Ser/2026/2027 the procurement details should be clearly mentioned on the top left of the envelope and non-mentioned details & late application will not be accepted. 7. Sealed bids must be delivered to the below address or deposited in the tender box available at Provincial Directors Room at or before the closing time of bids 14.00 a.m. on 11.11.2026. Bids will be opened immediately after the closing of the bids. 8. PCA 3 should be annexed along with bid documents under the Public Contracts Act, No. 3 of 1987 of Sri Lanka. 9. The bidders or their authorized representatives will be allowed to participate in opening of the bids. 10.
