A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the Chairman, Regional Procurement Committee, Department of Agrarian Development, Inner Harbour Road, Trincomalee from 28.10.2026 to 10.11.2026 on working days from 09:00hrs to 14:00hrs upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Three Thousand five hundred Rupees (Rs.3,500/-). The method of payment will be by Cash. 6. Bids shall be delivered or sent by registered post with duplicate to the address below at the Chairman, Regional Procurement Committee, Department of Agrarian Development, Inner Harbour Road, Trincomalee on or before 11.11.2026 at 10:00hrs. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened on 11.11.2026 at 10:05 hrs at the same address mentioned above in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend. 7. To be eligible for Contract award, the successful bidder shall not have been blacklisted and shall meet the requirements in Bidding Document. Furthermore, the successful bidder shall have valid Business Registration. 8. Bids shall be Valid for a period of 77 Days from the date fixed for receiving of Bids or any extended period. 9. A Pre-Bid meeting will be held at the Department of Agrarian Development, Inner Harbour Road, Trincomalee on 04.11.2026 at 10:00hrs. Presence is not mandatory, but interested bidders are encouraged to attend. Prospective bidders are requested to get well conversant with the Bidding Document especially with Specification and Contact Data before attending. Bidders should arrange their own site visit prior to the Pre-Bid meeting. 10. All Bids shall be accompanied by an unconditional Bid Security, in favor of Deputy Commissioner, Department of Agrarian Development for an amount mentioned in the above chart issued by any commercial bank registered under Central Bank of Sri Lanka and Currently Operating in Sri Lanka.
