Expression of Interest for Coaching Program for Logistics Companies in Albania IFC intends to implement a structured coaching program aimed at strengthening the operational, managerial, and organizational capacity of logistics companies in Albania. The coaching program responds to demand expressed by companies participating in the MoveUp Training Program, which highlighted the need for more practical and company-specific support to apply the knowledge and tools gained through the training. The coaching component is therefore envisaged as a logical extension of the MoveUp program, providing selected companies with targeted support to address concrete logistics and supply chain challenges identified within their operations. In Albania the coaching initiative targets 15 companies operating in logistics, such as private logistics service providers, freight forwarders, distributors, manufacturers, and other entities with significant in-house logistics operations, supporting the competitiveness of the countrys private sector. The program will be delivered online, in local or English language. IFC intends to engage a qualified Coaching Provider (the Consultant) responsible for the design and delivery of the coaching program, including the coaching methodology, the identification of topics, selection of companies, the formation and facilitation of the coaching groups, the individual and group coaching sessions, and the measurement of the results achieved by the participating companies. The Consultant will work in close coordination with IFC and with a local implementing partner engaged separately by IFC, which will provide local coordination, outreach, communication and logistical support.
