General Procurement Notice for Procurement of Goods and/or Works and Acquisition of the Services of Consultants for the Zimbabwe Arrears Clearance Dialogue Enhancement Project (ZACDEP) Project ID: P-ZW-KF0-017 Procurement of Goods and/or Works and Acquisition of the Services of Consultants The Project includes the following components: Component 1: Enhanced dialogue on arrears clearance and debt resolution. This component seeks to support the on-going dialogue processes on arrears clearance and debt resolution. This will be achieved through two subcomponents. Sub-component 1.1: Accelerated and deepened dialogue on implementation of the Arrears Clearance and Debt Resolution Roadmap: Sub-component 1.2: Provide advisory services for arrears clearance, debt resolution, and engagement with creditors. Component 2: Strengthened capacity on debt management, arrears clearance, land tenure and governance. This component seeks to strengthen governments capacity in its pursuit and quest to engage with its creditors and have arrears cleared. This will be achieved through two sub-components. Sub-component 2.1: Enhanced capacity on public debt management, arrears clearance and debt resolution. Sub-component 2.2: Strengthen capacity on governance and management of Land Tenure Reforms and Compensations of Former Farm Owners under the Global Compensation Deed and Bilateral Investment Partnership Promotion Agreements. Component 3: Project Management: This Component will support government to coordinate implementation of project activities including playing its oversight role. This will be done through provision of resources for project coordination, financial management and procurement management. 4. Procurement of goods and/or works and acquisition of the services of consultants will be carried out in accordance with the Banks Procurement Policy for Bank Group Funded Operations dated October 2015, and in line with the provisions stated in the Grant Agreement.
