Expression of Interest for Elaboration of a New National Policy for Science, Technology and Innovation and the National Policy for Scientific Data Management. The services under this assignment include the following two core workstreams: a) National Policy on Science, Technology and Innovation (NPSTI): Prepare a proposal for a new NPSTI, in a participatory and evidence-based manner, ensuring its coherence with the sectoral, national and international strategic instruments, oriented towards the development of the National System of Science, Technology and Innovation (NSSTI), as well as a plan for its implementation, monitoring and evaluation and; b) National Policy for the Management of Scientific Data (NPSDM): To prepare a proposal for a NPSDM, in a participatory and evidence-based manner, aimed at promoting the production, management, sharing, preservation and responsible reuse of scientific data within the scope of the NSSTI, ensuring its coherence with the national strategic, legal and institutional instruments, and with regional and international good practices, as well as a plan for its implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
