Tenders are invited for Procurement of Plant and Related Works under the Project Energy Efficiency Refurbishment of the Volodymyr Territorial Medical Association The procurement of Plant and Related Works is planned on a Design and Build basis. Volodymyr City Council and the Department of Social and Veterans Policy of Volodymyr City Council (the Employer) hereby invite tenderers to submit tenders for the following contracts, to be financed from NEFCO funds and Community Funds: Lot 1. Capital repair with thermal modernisation measures for Buildings G-6, B-4 and D-3 of the Municipal Enterprise Volodymyr Territorial Medical Association of Volodymyr City Council, located at 20 Shpytalna Street, Volodymyr, Volyn Region. Lot 1 comprises the procurement of an integrated package of measures, including the supply of Plant (the required goods, materials, equipment, machinery, etc.) and execution of Related Works (construction and installation, dismantling, commissioning, staff training, etc.). Lot 1 also includes preparation of the design and cost-estimate documentation (hereinafter also the Design Documentation), accomplishment of the comprehensive expert review of the Design Documentation, performance of design supervision, and preparation of as-built documentation. The Contractor shall be responsible for the placement and/or disposal of waste, construction debris, etc. The final stage shall be the preparation and delivery to the Employer of all documentation required to have the results of the Related Works commissioned.
