Tenders are invited for Provision of Consultancy Services to Support Loan- and Grant-Financed Projects Scope of the Assignment The CEB is issuing this Procurement Procedure to establish a pool of Contractors for technical assistance through the establishment of Frameworks Contracts. Such Contractors are foreseen to deliver high-quality expertise and assistance to several CEB sectors of action and cross-cutting areas of focus under the Assignment, as further described in the Terms of Reference (hereinafter also referred to as ToR). The Framework Contracts may potentially represent a higher or lower number of activities, depending on the evolving needs of the CEB. The Procurement Procedure is not divided into lots. It is expected that Tenderers will bid individually or form consortia to respond to all the areas described in the ToR. It is expected that Contractors sub-contract the areas of expertise on which they do not have prior experience.
