Tenders Are Invited For Providing Services Involving The Collection And Management Of Municipal, Selectively Collected And Other Waste From The Premises Of The Police Training Center In Legionowo

The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In The Collection Of Municipal, Selectively Collected And Other Waste From The Premises Of The Police Training Center In Legionowo. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 6 To Swz.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Essential Provisions Of The Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 7 To Swz.5. With Reference To Art. 455 Section 1 Of The Act, The Parties Have The Right To Change The Content Of The Contract: 1) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Unilaterally Extend The Contract Implementation Period To 90 Days After The Date Specified In The Contract, Within The Financial Resources Specified For This Purpose, And To Request The Conclusion Of An Annex To The Contract In This Respect; 2) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Extend The Subject Of The Contract To Include The Collection Of Other Types Of Waste Than Those Listed In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, To The Extent Consistent With The Permits Held By The Contractor - As Part Of The Contractors Total Remuneration For The Implementation Of This Contract, According To The Current Price List Contractors.6. The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 455 Section 1 Point 1 Of The Act, Due To The Specific Operation Of The Unit And The Possibility Of A Reduction In The Number Of Accommodated Persons, Reserves The Right Not To Complete The Entire Order Without Financial And Legal Consequences. The Minimum Remuneration For The Contractor In Such A Case Will Be Pln 274,889.39 Net. The Contractors Minimum Remuneration Will Be Reduced Proportionally After The Electronic Auction Is Used.7. Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Act, The Ordering Party May Invalidate The Contract Award Procedure If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance The Entire Contract Were Not Awarded To It.8. Deadline For Execution Of The Order: For A Period Of 12 Months From January 1, 20279. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Total Value Of The Order May Not Exceed The Financial Resources Available For This Purpose.10.
