Tenders Are Invited For Rental Of Light Decorative Elements For The City Of Dąbrowa Górnicza In The 2026/2027 Season

The Subject Of The Order Is The Rental Of Decorative Lighting Elements. The Order Includes: 1.Rental Of A Christmas Tree With Decorative And Lighting Elements And A Christmas Throne In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party (The Area In Front Of The Zagłębie Palace Of Culture At Plac Wolności 1 In Dąbrowa Górnicza) And Effective Connection Of The Christmas Tree To The Electrical Network (From The Nearest Street Lamp). A Detailed Description Can Be Found In Annex 1 To The Contract (Description Of The Subject Of The Order). The Contractors Responsibilities Include The Installation Of All Elements, Constant Maintenance In Full Technical Condition, Disassembly And Collection Of The Christmas Tree Structure Along With Decorative And Lighting Elements From The Site Of Disassembly, And Restoration Of The Area To Its Pre-Installation Condition.2.Rental Of Decorative Lighting Elements On Lighting Poles, Including Delivery, Assembly, Disassembly And Constant Maintenance In Full Technical Condition (Servicing) During The Period Of Exposure Of Decorative Elements At The Indicated Locations. The Description And Quantities Of The Rented Decorative Elements Are Included In Annex No. 1 To The Contract (Description Of The Subject Of The Order). The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Installation On The Indicated Poles And Power The Illumination On His Own (Clamps, Additional Cables, Connectors, Protections And All Other Elements Necessary For Installation And Connection To The Illuminations Electricity Supply). The Contractor Is Obliged To Agree On The Installation Date With The Local Street Lighting Conservators (Tauron Dystrybucja, Tauron Nowe Technologie And The Municipal Conservator). The Contractor Is Obliged To Install Astronomical Clocks At The Streets: Sobieskiego, Królowej Jadwigi, Piłsudskiego And Kościuszki (8 Pieces In Total) In Street Lighting Cabinets. Christmas Decorations Will Be Installed Throughout The Dąbrowa Górnicza Commune, Not Excluding Any Of The Districts. The Exact Locations And Specific Lighting Poles Will Be Indicated After Signing The Contract. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz Specification Of The Terms Of The Order.
