Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Consumables For Printers

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery, Together With Transport, Unloading And Bringing To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, Of Consumables For Printers. The Detailed Scope Of The Order, Quantities, As Well As Quality Standards Are Specified In Annex No. 1 To This Tor - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.2.The Delivered Materials Must Meet All Parameters Specified In This Tor, The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, I.E. They Must Be Brand New, Original Or Equivalent, Unused, Free From Defects, Complete, Originally Packed, Showing No Signs Of Opening Or Damage. 3. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Solutions And The Offer Of Equivalent Materials With Parameters Not Lower Than Those Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Provisions Regarding Equivalent Products Are Specified In §5 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement.4. If Equivalent Consumables Are Offered, The Contractor Must Enter The Symbol Of The Proposed Equivalent Material In Column 6 Of Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 5. Detailed Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Procedure Into Parts, However, This Order Constitutes Part Of The Orders For The Supply Of Office Supplies, Which Were Covered By Separate Procedures. The Order Covered By This Procedure Is Available To Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises, As Indicated By Its Value, Estimated At A Level Not Exceeding The Statutory Threshold.7. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting A Variant Offer. 8. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform The Key Part Of The Order. The Contractor Should Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order The Performance Of Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known. Entrusting The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Does Not Release The Contractor From Responsibility For The Proper Performance Of The Order.9. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 8 Of The Public Procurement Law.
