1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Water Treatment Station And A Drinking Water Packaging Machine.2. The Order Includes The Following Assortment: 2.1. Delivery Of A Mobile Drinking Water Treatment Station With 4 Additional Sets Of Filter Cartridges; 2.2. Delivery Of A Brand New, Unused, Complete, Assembled And Ready-To-Use Drinking Water Packaging Machine. 3. The Devices Must Be Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Compliant With The Relevant Standards And Provisions Of National And Eu Law Regarding Admission To Trading And Use. 4. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Prototype Products And Equipment Manufactured Before 2025. 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Exhibition, Refurbished Or Used Devices. The Delivered Equipment And Materials Must Be Covered By The Manufacturers Warranty And Must Not Show Any Signs Of Any Damage, Including External Damage, Or Previous Improper Use. 6. The Delivered Equipment, Materials And Devices Should Be Delivered In The Manufacturers Original Packaging (Boxes, Cartons, Bags, Transport Crates - If Applicable), Protecting The Equipment Against Damage During Transport And Enabling Safe Storage For Use By The Ordering Party. 7. The Task Is Implemented Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026.8. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order (Minimum Technical Conditions) Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Individual Parts, In Particular: 8.1. Annex No. 1A - Description Of The Subject Of The Order For The Parcel Machine; 8.2. Annex No. 1B - Description Of The Subject Of The Order For The Water Treatment Plant.
