The Current Order Is Related To Services Related To Brachytherapy Device Maintenance, Including Prevention, Damage Removal Work, Delivery And Replacement Of Spare Parts And Regular Replacement Of The Source / Art. 20, Para. 2, Item 2 Of The Civil Code/. The Services As Well As The Available Brachytherapy Equipment Are Detailed In The Technical Specification.Estimated Value Without Vat:The Total Value Of The Order Has An Estimated Value Of 46,632 € /Forty-Six Thousand Six Hundred And Thirty-Two Euros/ Without Vat, Without Included Options.The Total Value Of The Order With Included Options Is €62,176 /Sixty-Two Thousand One Hundred And Seventy-Six Euros/ Excl. Vat.​​​​​​​The Estimated Value Of The Order With Options Included Includes An Option To Extend The Term Of The Contract Up To 4/Four/ Months, In The Event That, Upon Expiration Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority For Objective Reasons Has Not Been Able To Complete The Procedure For Determining A New Contractor To Perform The Services Under This Procedure, This Contract Remains In Effect Until The Final Completion Of The Procedures And The Conclusion Of A New Contract, Subject To Compliance With The Requirements Of Article 116 Of The Civil Code.The Estimated Value Is Determined In Accordance With Article 21, Paragraph 8, Item 1.
