The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Construction Of A Sidewalk, Storm Sewage System And Reconstruction Of Exits Along The District Road No. 1868R Trzcinica - Osobnica - Cieklin At Km 4 + 912 - 5 + 370 In Osobnica As Part Of The Investment Task Titled Construction Of Sidewalks On District Roads.2.The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: 1) Demolition And Preparatory Works, Including Marking Out The Works, Introducing Temporary Traffic Organization, Clearing Out Trees And Stumps And Demolishing Existing Surfaces And Culverts, 2) Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System Under The Pavement, Including The Construction Of Excavations, Inspection Wells And Laying Of Plastic Sewage Pipes With Diameters Of 400 Mm And 500 Mm, Together With Backfilling And Compacting The Excavations, 3) Execution Retaining Wall Made Of Prefabricated L-Type Elements With A Height Of 205 Cm And A Base Length Of 120 Cm, On A Concrete Base, Over A Length Of 50 M,4) Works Related To The Reconstruction Of The Exits, Including The Construction Of A Riverbed And Aggregate Substructure, In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities.3.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Annexes To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order: 1) Design Documentation - Annex No. 5 Of The Swz, 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Annex No. 6 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Indicates That The Developed Design Documentation Covers The Implementation Of The Entire Investment Project, While The Subject Of This Procedure Is Only Part Of The Works Provided For In This Documentation. The Detailed Scope Of Works Covered By The Order Was Specified In The Bill Of Quantities, Which Constitutes The Basis For Preparing The Offer And Implementing The Order.
