If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes A Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions, I.E. Those That Will Guarantee The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Will Ensure That Technical Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Assumed.
