Lipowa, On Plot No. 535/1.2.The Aim Of The Investment Is To Improve The Energy Efficiency Of The Building, Reduce The Consumption Of Heat And Electricity, Reduce Operating Costs, Improve The Comfort Of Use Of The Facility And Limit The Negative Impact Of The Building On The Natural Environment.3.The Order Covers The Performance Of All Works, Supplies, Services And Activities Necessary For The Correct, Complete And Intended Implementation Of The Investment, Based On Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Applicable Legal Provisions, Technical Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge.4.The Planned Investment Is Aimed At Adapting The Buildings Energy Parameters To The Requirements Specified In The Design Documentation And Energy Audit.5.The Building Must Be Architecturally Adapted To The Needs Of People With Disabilities (No Differences In Levels Between Rooms). As Part Of The Planned Investment, An External Stair Platform Must Be Purchased And Installed, Made Of Weather-Resistant Stainless Steel.
