1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of Infrastructure For Pedestrians And Bicycles Along The District Road No. 1809W Ul. Serocka On The Section From The Intersection With National Road No. 62 Ul. Wyszkowska To The Property At Ul. Serocka 40 In Nowa Wieś. The Task Is Carried Out In The Design And Build Formula. The Contractors Obligation Will Be To Carry Out Design Work Together With Obtaining The Necessary Administrative Consents Enabling The Implementation Of Construction Works, And To Carry Out These Works Together With Obtaining Acceptance From The Road Managers In The Area Where The Project Will Be Implemented And Obtaining A Decision On An Occupancy Permit (Or Another Document Issued By The Relevant Construction Supervision Inspector For Approval Of The Facility For Use). 2) The Detailed Scope Of The Order Was Specified In The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.3) Existing Condition: The Road Being The Subject Of The Order Is Located In The District Road No. 1809W Ul. Serocka And On A Fragment Of National Road No. 62, And On Plots Adjacent To The Above-Mentioned. Road Lanes, Which The Contractor Is Obliged To Acquire In Part - To The Extent Necessary To Design And Build A Path For Pedestrians And Bicycles. Within The Road, There Is Underground And Overhead Technical Infrastructure: Power Grid (Ground And Overhead), Telecommunications Network, Water Supply Network, Road Lighting.
